We will correct any mistake made on behalf of our staff. We apologize for the mistake and we'll ship out the correct item as soon as possible. In the event of a mix-up with your order, please email us at support@luxestyleandco.com. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Please be sure to detail the mistake that occurred: The product ordered and the product received including the size, color and design of the item. Also, attach pictures of the item received showing the wrong product, wrong size or product defect. Your corrected order will be sent out immediately and you will receive a discount on your next order.
